Two industrial buildings totaling approximately 60,000sf in the heart of Warner Center in Woodland Hills, California.  The majority of the space has been converted to a facility that is now occupied by Tarzana Treatment Center.  The remaining portion is occupied by StorCal Self Storage Woodland Hills #2.
